YEREVAN. – Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the opposition Prosperous Armenia faction at the National Assembly (NA), met with the relatives of Artur Ajamyan, a soldier of Yazidi decent who had sustained a deadly gunshot wound in the Karabakh Defense Army and still under unknown circumstances, who were holding a protest rally today in front of the NA building.

Artur's uncle said that if they did not get a satisfactory answer, they would take certain steps. "If they don't give us a satisfactory answer, I'll move the body here," he said

Zohrabyan promised to do her best to reveal the truth.

"It is important to me that the truth be revealed," she said. “If it is a murder, I tell you that I will do my best so that it will not get any other qualification. (...). We must make sure that the guilty bear their accountability. (...) nothing will be concealed. (...) your soldier is the soldier of each of us."

Subsequently, Arthur Ajamyan's relatives ended their demonstration.
