Over 100 people are suspected to have coronavirus in Russia, but none of them have a confirmed diagnosis, Russian Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare head Anna Popova told reporters on Saturday.

According to her, there are people who have visited China and each of them was timely isolated, placed in a hospital in a boxed ward, fully examined.

However, in no case was the coronavirus detected.

Most people who have become infected with a new type of coronavirus are over 60 years old and have a concomitant pathology, she added.
