Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan today had a meeting with newly elected President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan, as reported on the website of the Government of Armenia.

At the outset, the Deputy Prime Minister congratulated Arayik Haroutyunyan on assuming the high office of president and wished him success.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the opportunities for expanding the cooperation between the two Armenian republics in sectors of mutual interest.

The interlocutors also touched upon the social and economic situation created as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, discussed the steps taken and support programs undertaken and attached importance to the development of cooperation in this direction.
