US Congresswoman Katherine Clark condemned Azerbaijan's attacks on civilian facilities in Armenia, including a personal protective equipment factory in Tavush, which produces masks amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I am deeply alarmed by reports of targeted attacks on Armenian civilian targets, including PPE mask factories, by Azerbaijan's military," she noted. "This serious ceasefire violation underscores the need for accountability measures to be implemented along the border."
