The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has issued a press release in which it expresses its deep concern about the ongoing clashes in Jerusalem. The press release also states the following:

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on all the involved parties to show restraint to reduce the tension and prevent future deaths among civilians.”

On May 7, Israeli border police and Palestinians clashed in East Jerusalem when Israeli power structures tried to implement the decision of an Israeli court and expel certain Palestinian families.
