The leaders of Greece and Turkey will meet in June on the sidelines of a NATO summit.

The foreign ministers of the two countries agreed on this, Reuters reported.

In statements following the meeting in Athens, the ministers noted that their talks became an opportunity to agree on a meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis at the NATO summit in Brussels on June 14.

Athens and Ankara have also agreed on mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
