The number of refugees from Ukraine who left their homes in connection with the start of the Russian military special operation is already 4 million, Filippo Grandi, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, tweeted.
Grandi also announced his arrival on the territory of Ukraine on a visit. In Lviv, he will discuss ways to increase support for people affected and displaced by the fighting.
