People often talk about the development of information technologies, but it's also necessary to think about what cab drivers, traders and other people should do, Georgi Derluguian, sociologist and professor at New York University in Abu Dhabi, said at "Science and Business Days 2022" conference in Yerevan.

He pointed to the need to make Armenia more attractive to other specialists in other fields as well. Derluguian noted the importance of opening schools in Armenia that would be attractive to the region and the world, focusing on training not only in the IT-sphere, but also, for example, in the construction sector and other important spheres.

"Armenia is surrounded by enemies and should take this into account, should use its own resources as much as possible and think about making the country more attractive. The world is in a state of world war. Everyone is waiting to see what the outcome will be, so it is too early to talk about a brilliant future," the expert added.
