The average market prices of apartments in Yerevan multi-family houses rose substantially this July as compared to the same month last year  the press service of the RA State Statistics Committee informed NEWS.am.

For example, the average price of a square meter of apartment in downtown Yerevan makes 742,500 drams, while in July 2021 it was 625,100 drams. The growth made 18.8%.

The average price per square meter of apartment in the Arabkir administrative district is 527,000 drams, while in July 2021, it was at the level of 455,000 drams. The increase amounted to 15.8%.

The average price per square meter in Kanaker-Zeytun neighborhood in July was 386,000 drams, while in the same period in 2021 - 322,200 drams (growth - 19.8%).

The average price per square meter of dwelling in Nor Nork in July was 331,500 drams, while in the same period of 2021 - 301,500 drams (about 10% growth).

The average price per square meter in Avan neighborhood in July was 336,500 drams, while in July 2021 it was 294,200 drams. The increase amounted to about 14.3%.

The average price per square meter of dwelling in Erebuni was 342,000 drams in July, while in July 2021 it was 290,000 drams. The growth amounted to about 18%.

The average price per square meter of housing in Shengavit valued at 341,050 drams in July, compared to 307,200 drams in July 2021. The growth amounted to about 11%.

The average price per square meter in Davidashen neighborhood in July was 388,500 drams, while in the same period in 2021, it was 323,500 drams (about 20% growth).

The average cost of 1 square meter of dwelling in Achapnyak neighborhood in July was 363,000 AMD, while in the same period of 2021 - 314,100 AMD (about 15.6% growth).

The average cost of 1 square meter of dwelling in Malatya-Sebastia region in July was 337,500 AMD, while in the same period of 2021 - 292,500 AMD (about 15.4% growth).

The average cost of a square meter of housing in Nubarashen was 205,100 drams in July, and 178,300 drams in the same period in 2021 (about 15% growth).

It is noteworthy that the number of real estate deals in Yerevan in July this year compared with the same month in 2021, has decreased.  In particular, in July of this year there were 1414 and in July 2021 - 1656 deals, the reduction made 14,6%.
