YEREVAN.- Armenian Ombudsman’s office issued the second statement in response to the second statement of Education and Science Ministry.

“The Ministry of Education and Science failed to provide any reasonable argument that there were no human rights violations during the tender.

Their statement was a mere demagogy. Let’s hope that the Ministry, instead of making unserious statements, will manage to organize tender as it is mentioned in the official statement of the Minister. We hope the Minster would be able to invite a fair and competitive tender without human rights violations,” the statement reads.

Taking into account the Ministry’s previous tough statements, we can assert that response to the above mentioned remarks will follow shortly.
