Gurgen Shlepchyan, the owner of the company that is noted in the report on the explosion on the Crimean Bridge, has left Armenia.

A correspondent of RIA Novosti arrived in Alaverdi, Armenia, to visit the office of GU R G GROUP company, but the office was closed.

"He [i.e., Shlepchyan] is a very huge businessman and travels often. Now he is not here. I don't know when he comes and goes," said one of his relatives.

"I am sure that Shlepchyan could not have been involved in any illegal operation," said the source.

The Russian Federal Security Service reported on Wednesday that the plotters of the explosion on the Crimean Bridge were the Defense Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, its chief Kyrylo Budanov, as well as employees and agents. Ukrainian, Georgian, and Armenian citizens were involved in the transportation of the cargo of the truck that exploded on the aforesaid bridge. Five Russian nationals, as well as three Ukrainian and Armenian citizens who took part in the carrying out of this explosion, have been detained.
