Representatives of the OSCE Secretariat (headed by Polish Colonel Robert Arkadiusz Tkaczyk) met with the head of the community Arush Arushanyan in Goris and discussed the situation in the community after September 13, the regional administration reported.

During the meeting, the consequences of the September 12-13 military actions of Azerbaijani armed forces against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia have been presented to the OSCE. A number of issues were discussed, including infrastructural damage, conflict-affected civilians and the security situation.

The OSCE representatives also visited Verishen and Akner settlements. They got acquainted with the situation on the spot and talked to the residents affected by the military operations.
