The draft of 2023 budget makes AMD 105.1,03 billion for the total amount of revenues. In the total amount of revenues, own revenues make AMD 38.7 billion.

During the session of the Council for the Management of the Five-Year Development Plan and Annual Budget adjunct to Yerevan Mayor, growth dynamics are maintained, with revenues increasing by about 62 percent since 2019.

Next year, the city's budget will focus on education, health care, social protection and environmental protection. Major projects include major repairs of kindergartens and health care facilities, replacement of elevators, and construction of recreation areas.
