EU, as well as the international community, plays a serious role in deterring Azerbaijan's aggressive actions, said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at the press conference with Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman.
According to him, he also has a big role in future discussions on the realization of rights and security of Nagorno-Karabakh, as in the issue of stopping Azerbaijan's blockade of Lachin corridor now. The way to the solution of all issues is through peaceful negotiations, Mirzoyan said.
The Croatian FM attached importance to the decision to send a second EU mission to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. However, the Minister underscored that the civil mission, comprising about 100 people and designed for 2 years, is a temporary tool. It does not guarantee the status quo, the minister reminded.
