The fact-finding team, PACE co-rapporteurs responsible for monitoring Armenia's compliance Kimmo Kiljunen (Finland) and Boriana Åberg (Sweden), accompanied by Gegharkunik Governor Karen Sargsyan, visited the Sotq and Kutakan border communities and got acquainted with the damage and reconstruction works on site.
The press service of the regional administration informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the PACE co-rapporteurs met with Armenian Parliament Vice-Speaker Ruben Rubinyan and Vladimir Vardanyan, an MP from the ruling Citizens Contract Party, at the Vardenis City Hall.
The governor presented the damage caused by the Azerbaijani aggression of September 13-14, 2022.
