YEREVAN.- President of Armenia’s Football Federation, Armenian MP Ruben Hayrapetyan has no intention to run for seat in the parliament in 2012.

“I always said that parliamentary seat is not my thing. I plan to abandon politics to focus on business and football,” he told journalists on Friday.

According to him, he can leave the parliamentary seat immediately but it is senseless as the elections are pending.

Ruben Hayrapetyan, a member of Republican Party of Armenia, was elected to the parliament twice, in 2003 and 2007.
