The Tank 500 SUV, which was first released in Russia a few months ago, is already getting a new version in June. It is an economical "hybrid" based on the state-of-the-art Hi4-T power plant.
The Hi4-T is a more powerful version of the Hi4, first used in the Haval Xiaolong and Xiaolong Max crossovers. It has a classic nine-speed "automatic." The capacity of the power plant is 408 hp, the torque is 750 Nm, and the acceleration from the ground is 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds.
The novelty does not differ outwardly from the base Tank 500 with a gasoline engine. Only a careful observer will see the second charging point.
At the beginning of May, the Tank brand announced the 2023 prices of Tank 300 and Tank 500 for Russia. Compared to 2022 cars, they increased by 100-150 thousand rubles, or by 1.8 to 3.7 percent.
