Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree recalling Viktor Biyagov from the post of permanent representative of Armenia to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
By another presidential decree, Biyagov was appointed the ambassador of Armenia to the Netherlands, as well as the permanent representative of Armenia to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
