The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) side has gone to Yevlakh, Azerbaijan to meet with the Azerbaijani side. Artsakh ruling parliament faction MP Aram Harutyunyan confirmed this information to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"The meeting may already have started. According to my information, [Artsakh] Security Council Secretary Sergey Martirosyan is also with [Minister of State] Artur Harutyunyan. I can't give any other details yet," Harutyunyan said, but added that the situation in Artsakh is now extremely dire.
According to him, after that meeting, the people of Artsakh will find out what to do next.
