At Friday's Cabinet session of the Armenian government, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about the humanitarian, military, and political situation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
"The situation in Nagorno-Karabakh continues to be extremely tense. The humanitarian crisis continues. We are in constant contact with our colleagues in Nagorno-Karabakh. And as a result of the discussions we had this morning, we can record, nonetheless, that there are certain hopes for a positive change in the situation, and that is the assessment of a number of our colleagues in Nagorno-Karabakh, which we share," said Pashinyan.
He added that the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh can get a real chance to return to their homes.
