The situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is dynamic and changeable. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Friday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.
"The information we have can change in half an hour, but it is very important that we have accurate information about that moment and, also, certain ideas about the dynamics," he said.
The PM noted that there are certain positive hopes for the improvement of the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, and that larger batches of humanitarian aid might enter Karabakh today.
"I cannot say in more detail because there are certain arrangements, the implementation of which should start at this moment. Whether it will start or not, I can't say. But it is clear that there are arrangements," he said.
By the way, the Azerbaijani media wrote today that Baku sent "a certain batch of humanitarian aid" to Artsakh capital Stepanakert.
