Health Minister Vardan Tadevosyan told Artsakh Public Television.
"The brother of that child is currently in serious condition. There is also another child, and now we are organizing to transfer the remains of that child, his mother and the dead child to Armenia. We are working to arrange this.
A little while ago, they finally brought our wounded from Martuni to the republican hospital, they will continue their treatment. Alas, today we have diffilculty in transporting the remains of our dead from Martakert, transporting those who were seriously injured. The Russian peacekeepers changed their plans and we don't have an escort. I think we will be able to do it tomorrow with the help of the Red Cross," he said.
According to the minister, at the moment they are suffering and they really want to transfer more than 30 seriously injured compatriots to Armenia.
"I am glad that the Red Cross organization agreed to accompany them. The cars will come from Armenia to Stepanakert, pick up our wounded and transport them to Armenia. We have cases where we don't manage to save lives because of delays," he added.
