Artsakh Information Headquarters has issued a statement refuting online reports suggesting that Azerbaijani troops have entered Stepanakert. According to the official statement, these claims are inaccurate.
The statement explains that after the ceasefire violation by Azerbaijani forces, to prevent any further escalation of tensions, on September 21, in the suburbs of Stepanakert, Russian peacekeepers were deployed in those areas, including the Krkzhan district.
The public is urged to disregard panic-inducing posts on the internet and to rely on official news sources. The Information Headquarters of Artsakh continues to provide regular updates on the situation and actions taken by the government.
