The most recent meeting between representatives from Artsakh and Azerbaijan has concluded in Ivanyan (Khojaly). Russian peacekeepers facilitated this meeting, according to Azerbaijani reports.
The Armenian delegation included Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, Sergey Martirosyan, and David Melkumyan, the leader of the Artsakh Democratic Party faction. On the Azerbaijani side, MP Ramin Mamedov represented their interests.
