The government of Denmark has allocated 1 million crowns to Armenia to provide humanitarian assistance to forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh. This decision was announced by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The aid will be channeled through the Danish Red Cross Society, which works in collaboration with the Armenian Red Cross Society and partners within the Red Cross Movement. The primary focus of this assistance will be on addressing the urgent needs of the Armenian population affected by the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, particularly those who have been forced to leave their homes. The aid will encompass critical areas such as housing, food security, healthcare, and overall well-being.
