Each person forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, regardless of their age, will receive 100,000 drams one-time payment in support from the Armenian Government, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan said at a press conference today on Sunday.

"We decided to provide financial support regardless of their age, which they will use to solve the most important problems. Already tomorrow, the government will specify the procedure by which these applications will be accepted, there will be more detailed information about it. They can apply from Tuesday," he said․

Tigran Khachatryan explained that those who have bank accounts and cards, the money would be transferred, and those who don't will be given new cards.

Further, he explained that additionally 40,000 drams will be given to each displaced person to cover living expenses. In addition, 10,000 drams will be given to each person for utility costs. This support by the government will last six months, he added.

A total of 100,483 people have been forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and are already in Armenia, 45,516 of them been provided with accommodation by the government.
