The Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will not tolerate provocative actions near the borders of the CSTO member states—and which may lead to dangerous incidents and an increase in military and political tension, the aforesaid council stated in a declaration.

"We express deep concern about the transfer of foreign terrorists to armed conflict zones," added the council's final declaration.

Also, this document stated support for efforts to "achieve peace and stability in the South Caucasus."

To note, Armenia is a member in the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
