Greece took the first place in the ranking of the most successful economies in 2023, which was compiled by The Economist magazine.

Greece receives this title for the second time in a row.

As the magazine noted, the real value of the Greek stock market increased by 40 percent.

However, experts emphasize that the country is still poorer than in the early 2010s.

The Economist evaluated Greece with five indicators: inflation, employment, GDP, jobs, and stock market.

South Korea, USA, Israel, and Luxembourg are also in the top five.

But the UK, Sweden, Slovakia, Austria, Iceland, and Finland finish off this ranking.
