Olivier Decottignies, the French Ambassador to Armenia, visited Norabak village, which is 4 kilometers away from the line of military contact with Azerbaijan, together with the European Union civilian monitoring mission in Armenia. He announced this on X, former Twitter, and posted a photo with Armenian villagers.
"The presence of European observers gives confidence to this isolated and endangered population. This is a tangible proof that they are not forgotten by the world," the French diplomat added.
