A reception was held at the Embassy of Armenia in the US on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Armenian Armed Forces, the embassy informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The event brought together representatives of the US Department of Defense, Department of State, and the military diplomatic corps.
A delegation from the Kansas National Guard also arrived in Washington, DC to attend this event.
The Defense Attaché of the Embassy of Armenia, Colonel Arman Mkrtchyan, Ambassador Lilit Makunts, and US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, Eurasia Laura Cooper delivered remarks.
