The proposal by Serdar Kilic—the special representative of Turkey in the process of normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations—to hold a meeting in Armenia’s capital Yerevan has not been rejected, there is a decision to hold a meeting, but the place and date of the meeting still need to be agreed upon in the working order. Ruben Rubinyan—deputy speaker of the Armenian parliament and special representative of Armenia in the aforesaid process—informed Factor.am about this, but did not provide other details.

During the Antalya Diplomacy Forum that was held recently in Turkey, Kilic had proposed to hold a meeting of two special representatives in Yerevan this time. And in response to this proposal, Rubinyan had said: "We will respond."
