Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Russia, stated that the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine are behind the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow Region. The head of the aforesaid department shared such information with reporters, according to TASS.

"We believe that it is so," Bortnikov emphasized, answering the question about the possible involvement of London, Washington, and Kyiv in this terrorist attack.

According to the FSB chief, his department currently has general information and developments in this matter.

Earlier, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council of Russia, Nikolai Patrushev, had said that Ukraine was involved in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall.
