The statement by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Azerbaijan that on Monday, between 11:35pm and 11:45pm, the units of the Armed Forces of Armenia opened fire toward Azerbaijani combat positions in the southeastern part of the border does not correspond to reality, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the MoD of Armenia.

At the same time, the MoD of Armenia reports that on Monday, at 10:50pm, the units of the Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire towards the positions of the Armenian Armed Forces in the vicinity of Aravus village (Syunik Province) and at 10:55pm, of Khoznavar village (Syunik Province).
