STEPANAKERT. – In accordance with the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) authorities, the OSCE mission held a monitoring on Thursday at the line of the contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, in the Askeran direction.

From the Karabakh side the monitoring was conducted by field assistants Antal Herdic and Irji Aberle of the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office, and by the OSCE High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) representative, Colonel Andrey Barashkin

From the Azerbaijani side, representative Peter Kee of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, field assistant Hristo Hristov, and HLPG representative, Colonel Ilham Degirmenoglu held the monitoring.

The monitoring was conducted according to schedule, and no ceasefire violations were recorded.

From the Karabakh side, the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense.
