YEREVAN. – Vardan H., 42, introduced himself to police on Monday and claimed it was he who was engaged in a dispute with off-parliament opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) candidate Nikol Pashinyan on April 15 and also pushed other ANC candidates Babken Garoyan and Gayane Arustamyan, who could have been injured.

Criminal case is instigated.  The detained does not acknowledge that he has beaten the candidate.
