YEREVAN. – One of the matters introduced to the Armenian government’s session on Thursday is concerning the irrigation water supply, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.

“The most noteworthy is that this water will be given until May 1 and free of charge. According to the draft decision, the water will be given at no cost because ‘some areas of the republic have a need to clean and dampen the soil.’

But they will say [to the villager]: ‘See, the irrigation water is becoming free, too,’” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
