STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh [Artsakh] Republic Bako Sahakyan held a meeting on Wednesday with the first deputy head of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed forces, lieutenant-general Enrico Apryamov.

The issues related to army building were discussed at the meeting.

NKR Defense Minister, lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan participated in the meeting.
