The Ukrainian Most-Dnepr agency referring to the source in General Department of Ukraine’s Internal Ministry said that two suspects in the Dnipropetrovsk explosions were arrested.

“They worked professionally, there is a lot of metal in the explosive,” said the interlocutor of the agency.

A series of explosions took place in Dnipropetrovsk on April 27. At least 27 people were injured, 9 of them were children.
