Armenian police to work all night investigating balloon blast in Yerevan

A few minutes ago Armenian Police Chief, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Gasparyan called a meeting regarding the balloon blast in Yerevan’s Republican Square on Friday, Armenian Police’s Head of Information and PR Department Ashot Aharonyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The Police Chief called to the police officers to work the whole night in order to figure out all the circumstances of the explosion.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, an alarm was received that an incident occurred during the rally of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) in the Republican Square at 7.37 p.m. on Friday. Gas balloons exploded, 144 casualties are reported.
