YEREVAN.- The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) will not exist without its leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan, said ANC member Gurgen Yeghiazaryan .

Yeghiazaryan considers that the bloc will collapse if Ter-Petrosyan quits it. As regards, contradictions within the bloc and necessity to change political course, Yeghiazaryan considers ANC’s course is right and he personally will continue the struggle.

During the May 6 parliamentary elections ANC polled 106,903 (7.8%) enough to enter the new parliament. However, after the elections some political figures, such as head of Republic party Aram Sargsyan, declared about their withdrawal from ANC.
