YEREVAN. – Deputy FM of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received on Thursday the newly appointed Hungary’s Ambassador to Armenia Sandor Szabo, the latter gave copies of credentials to the deputy FM.

The Ambassador said he is pleased with the fact that bilateral relations had been intensified. In particular, President of Armenia visited Hungary in 2009, where he signed several documents on cooperation, as well as the first business conference had been convened, MFA reports.

Sabo will do his best to reinforce more bilateral relations. Mnatsakanyan said that EU’s Eastern Partnership program, which has significant potential, provides a good opportunity for cooperation between Armenia and Hungary. In addition, Armenia actively participates in the projects.
