YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, Arthur Petrosyan, will leave his capacity as the Minister, the latter’s press secretary Iveta Tonoyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am

She informed that the Minister will resign, once the entire Government does so, but he will remain in the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP).

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan issued a statement Thursday and announced that the PAP considers it inexpedient to take part in the formation of a coalition government in the country.

To note, the PAP has four ministers and two regional governors serving in the current government. But it is not yet clear whether they will continue to work in the new government to be formed.
