YEREVAN. – The opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) structures will become the offices of ANC members, ANC Faction leader Levon Zurabyan said during a press conference on Tuesday.

“As a result of the state-orchestrated [parliamentary election] fraud, the ANC has seven MPs,” he stated.

In his words, their activities will stem from the people’s interests.

“We are prepared to take on this heavy burden with seven persons,” noted Zurabyan, and added they will have their representatives in the electoral commissions.

At the same time, as per Zurabyan, the ANC will not be a classic parliamentary force, and it will not stop its public rallies.

“Had the elections not been rigged, we would have had 40-50 MPs. If we had entered the Parliament with that number, we would have stopped the rallies and become a parliamentary opposition,” said Levon Zurabyan, and recalled that the ANC will hold a rally on June 26, during which they will reflect on the new Government.
