ALEPPO. – School classes which are to start on October 1 may be postponed, Armenian community representative in Aleppo Zhirayr Reisian told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to him, the order to start the classes is already underway however, in case of necessity classes will be conducted in separate buildings.

“In addition, no serious clashes are observed in Aleppo and governmental forces control the situation,” he claimed adding he has no information on how classes will be organized for those Syrian-Armenian children who moved to Lebanon or Armenia.

As the agency informed earlier, the issue of the Syrian-Armenian children is already settled, as Armenian Ministry of Diaspora and the Government organized a school with Arab program instructions, while the Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia will cover the expenses.
