YEREVAN. – Executive Board members of the World Committee of Pan-Armenian Games (WCPAG) met with members of the Armenian Athletic Association of Cyprus. The talk was held along the lines of the WCPAG Executive Meeting.   

Committee Chairman Ishkhan Zakaryan appreciated the Cypriot-Armenian clubs’ active participation in the Fifth Pan-Armenian Games, and expressed a hope that more number of athletes will take part in the next tournament, WCPAG press service informs. 

Ishkhan Zakaryan reflected on the Committee’s track-record and underscored all Diaspora-Armenian organizations’ active involvement in the games and their ties with the Committee. 

Ho noted that the Sixth Pan-Armenian Summer Games will be held in 2015, that is, on the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, and therefore he highlighted the Diaspora’s active participation in this tournament.
