YEREVAN. – Polymer material import from Iran to Armenia, which is stopped, will have a negative impact on the country’s economy, former MP Vardan Bostanjyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In response to a question what negative impact it may cause, Bostanjyan said that if certain goods are imported it already means that the country is in need of them. Hence, stopping its import, especially when the only provider is Iran, will create some difficulties in the sphere of agriculture and food industry in Armenia.
