YEREVAN.- A space bridge between Armenia’s capital and Afghanistan’s Kunduz was organized on Wednesday at the Armenian Foreign Ministry within the framework of a NATO week events for the Armenian peacekeepers and their relatives.

The participants were welcomed by Deputy Minister Ashot Hovakimyan, UK Ambassador to Armenia Katherine Leach, Germany’s Ambassador Reiner Morell, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern and representatives of the defense ministry.

The ambassadors gave appraisal of Armenian peacekeeper’s mission in Afghanistan, expressing gratitude for Armenia’s support in providing international security.
