STEPANAKERT. – A young man Kh. V. (the name was not completely disclosed), residing on the Knunyants Street in Artsakh capital city of Stepanakert called at 11.15 a.m. on Jan. 6 and informed police that another young man is breaking the statues near the Renaissance Square in Stepanakert, Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh].

It was cleared out that a Lazarev Street resident of Stepanakert 26-year-old D. A. (whose name was not completely disclosed as well) has broken four statues and tore the wallpapers, which symbolize the flag during the period of 11.00 am. to 11.15 am. in the above mentioned place, the Artsakh police press service informs.
