YEREVAN.- Armenian Embassy in the UAE provided the passengers of the FlyDubai flight with accommodation and meals, Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan told the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“Passengers will be provided with accommodation and food during all the time before take-off to Yerevan,” Balayan said.

Arriving at the airport on Thursday morning, 60-70 passengers of Dubai-Yerevan flight faced a very unpleasant fact the departure of the plane was delayed for three days. Passengers were asked to come back in three days.

The company FlyDubai thought that providing the passengers with accommodation and food is not their duty. Representative of the company simply refused to speak about the incident. The problem was solved only after representative of the Armenian Embassy in Abu Dhabi interfered.
