YEREVAN. - Opposition candidate Raffi Hovannisian, who does not recognize the results of the presidential elections, has not yet decided whether or not he will apply to the Constitutional Court to appeal the final protocol on presidential election results, approved by the CEC.

Speaking at today’s rally in Liberty Square, Yerevan, Hovannisian put the issue to a vote of the participants and they voted against it. However Hovannisian, said that the final decision will be announced during the March 2 rally.

The deadline for appealing the presidential election results through the Constitutional Court is March 2. Hovannisian also did not answer the question whether he supports the proposal of opposition MP Nikol Pashinyan on establishing a shadow government.

Hovannisian promised to answer the most important questions at the meeting on March 2. He is also going to announce the plan for the entire March events then. Opposition rally ended without any incidents.
